Ravenswood Mansion has a limited quantity of rental items for our client's convenience. Rental items are considered part of a the rental fee and are not an additional charge for usage. 

Set Up + TearDown

Clients are responsible for having all rental items set up and torn down within the confines of their rental period. Rental items may NOT be left inside the house past your contracted times. Unless stated, all items must be returned to their designated spots and carts. Failure to have these items set up and torn down properly will result in additional fees. Clients are REQUIRED to have a professional company set up and tear down the Ravenswood rental items if they have over 50 guests. Tent and Rental companies offer set up and teardown of our items for additional fees. Please contact your rental company for their specific rates.  

White Garden Chairs

Our white garden chairs are perfect for your ceremony or reception. They are a sturdy, white resin material with a thin white padding for your guest comfort.

48" Round Tables

Quantity: 2

48" round tables work well for sweetheart tables, cake tables, and food display. These tables can seat between 2-6 guests.

Linen size: 108" (to the floor)

60" Round Tables

60" round tables work well for guest seating, as well as round food display stations. These tables can seat between 8-10 guests.

Metal Bistro Tables

These metal bistro tables are smaller than your typical bistro. They feature a 24" round top with a black round base. They are 42" high.

These tables come with a 30" pole and a 42” pole to convert to different heights.

4'x30" Tables

Our 4'x30" rectangular tables are most commonly used for sweetheart tables, beverage stations, small food stations, or to lengthen a 6' or 8' table. These tables can seat up to 6 guests.

Our 6'x30" tables are great for guest seating, sweetheart tables, smaller buffets, and guest book/gift tables. These tables are made out of wood and metal and seat between 6 and 8 guests.

Our 8'x30" tables are great for head tables, guest seating, or buffets. These tables are made out of wood and metal and can seat between 8 and 10 guests.

40" Round Wood Table (inside only)

This round wooden table is about 40" in diameter. It is most commonly used for cake, or small food display stations. It may be used with or without a linen since it has glass on top of it, but must only be used inside the mansion.

Rectangular Wood table

Our rectangular wood table is most commonly used for ceremony needs. It also makes a great sign in table, or favor table!

Wood Arbor

Our red cedar arbor makes a great backdrop for your ceremony. Clients may decorate the arbor by adding florals, draping, etc. Clients may not change the color of the arbor.

Dimensions: 5’ 7” across top, 6’ 5” tall (top wood width - 6.5”)

Iron Arbor

Our iron arbor makes a great backdrop for your ceremony. Clients may decorate the arbor by adding greenery, florals, draping, etc. Clients must secure arbor into grass when using.

12' Wood Cross

Our wooden cross stands right at 12' tall and will surely make a statement for your ceremony. Clients may decorate the cross with florals and draping.

8’ Fruitwood Bar

This fruitwood bar works great for your beverage service, whether you are having cocktails or just tea and lemonade. It is hollow on the inside so it fits a 6' table underneath for your "bar front". It folds flat so it can come inside the house, or be used anywhere on the grounds.

6’ White Bar

We are thrilled to present our brand new 6’ white bar with a wooden top. This will be the perfect piece to accent any wedding pallet. Unlike our hollow 8’ fruitwood bar, the back of this bar has shelves for all your bartenders needs. It’s also on wheels for easy transport!
