Ravenswood Mansion is a historic wedding and event venue in Brentwood, Tennessee, approximately 20 minutes south of downtown Nashville. The 1825 mansion is located within Marcella Vivrette Smith Park and offers weddings, private events and celebrations for up to 300 guests, with outdoor event space, getting-ready suites, on-site parking, catering facilities and an open-vendor policy.
Best for: Historic weddings, large outdoor celebrations, destination weddings, tented receptions and events with up to 300 guests.
Located just south of Nashville, our Brentwood venue offers convenient access to downtown Nashville, Franklin and the surrounding Middle Tennessee area
One Event. One Day. Your Venue.
We book only one event per day, so you have exclusive use of the house and surrounding grounds during your rental.
Your rental includes exclusive use of the property, tables and chairs, parking, restrooms, changing suites and access to the venue's kitchen facilities.

“We decided to get married at Ravenswood as it allows for you to bring in all the vendors you want into the space and create your own personalized vision! We got married on the front lawn with a sailcloth tented reception in the back and it was the PERFECT venue for us or anyone looking to do a tented wedding. They provide electrical, catering kitchen, parking, bathrooms, getting ready suites, plenty of rentals for a great price! Kesha is such a great point of contact at Ravenswood, immediately answering any and all questions we had along the way. We wanted a venue that felt like a good representation of the beautiful Tennessee hills for most of our guests that were from out of town while still being central to town so it would be easy for transportation and they absolutely loved it, we got the most beautiful Fall weather too! We would get married here in a heartbeat if we were to do it all again!”
