Rental Fees

Ravenswood Mansion is available to rent seven days a week. For full availability, see our event calendar. Unless noted, rental periods are from 9:00am until 11:00pm.

 

Peak Months

  • Saturday - $4,500

  • Friday - $3,000

  • Sunday - $3,000

  • Mon-Thurs - $2,000

  • M-Th 5pm-11pm - $1,250

  • M-Th 9am-5pm - $750

Off Peak Months

  • Saturday - $3,000

  • Friday - $2,500

  • Sunday - $2,500

  • Mon-Thurs - $1,500

  • M-Th 5pm-11pm - $1,000

  • M-Th 9am-5pm - $500

Off Peak Months: January, February, March, August, December


requirements

In addition to the rental fees listed above, we have a few other fees and requirements.

We require a planner at least 30 days out from the event.

We require a licensed caterer with service staffing to stay throughout the entire event.
Professional catering companies or restaurants with a catering option will be licensed and can provide proof of that easily. Having their staff onsite is required so that clean up and venue care is handled.

We require licensed vendors if you have any type of tent, lighting, or rentals.
All of the vendors listed on our page are licensed, and there are many others who serve the area who are as well. This is something you can verify with a company over the phone easily.

We require a licensed professional to setup/breakdown our included rentals.
Most clients book their tent/rental company to do this for them, but we also have a small local business that can handle this as well listed with our vendors.

We require event insurance. 

If you have any type of alcohol we require licensed bartenders.
All alcohol must be served through a licensed bartender. This is a mandatory requirement for
the state of Tennessee.

All other areas you are welcome to bring in whatever you like or DIY.


What does a wedding at Ravenswood typically cost?

We do have a wedding budget worksheet that may be helpful for you to check out! You can change your guest count and how much you want to spend on each item (or delete them) so you can customize your own budget!

 Also, just keep in mind that although we do have several requirements and it may seem overwhelming, overall, you are not only spending less money by booking these items on your own but you have the FLEXIBILITY to decide where exactly you want to put your money. Because of this we are easily able to fit anyone's budget.


Discounts

 

90 Day Out Weekend Bundle

If, within 90 days of their event date, an adjacent Friday or Sunday is available, Client may bundle the Friday or Sunday date for a special rate of $1,500 in addition to their Saturday rental. Subject to availability.

30 Day Out weekend bundle

Book your weekend event less than 30 days out and receive a 50% discount on rental fees. (This applies to Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays booked within 30 days of the event day.)

14 Day out hourly Add-On

If the day prior to your booked date is still open 14 days prior to your event, you may add on any four consecutive hours for a special rate of $500.

Elopement

$1,500 rental fee for 9am-11pm on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday in the months of January, February, March, and December. Indoors only, up to 50 guests.
