Load in and load out zones for vendors such as DJs, tent, rentals, caterers, cake, décor, etc, are the following three areas:

• Zone 1: In the driveway on the north side of the house (to the right of the house if you’re facing it).

• Zone 2: The front circle driveway.

• Zone 3: Behind the Pool House; there is a gravel path accessible from the far west corner of the parking lot. NOTE: Do not drive past the boxwood bushes. CAUTION: Large box trucks for tents, rentals, etc. may not use this zone, as the ground is too soft and presents a risk of getting stuck.

As a reminder, there is no driving or parking on the grass under any circumstances, including during load in and load out. Not only is it damaging to the grass, there are several irrigation lines running underground that can be damaged easily.
