Release of Liability

Moving forward, all clients who choose to host an event during COVID-19 will be required to sign a Release of Liability for the City of Brentwood. The purpose of this form is to ensure that you, as the client, understand the risks and responsibility of holding an event during COVID-19. Furthermore, it is to acknowledge that you understand that in no way will the City or its affiliates be held responsible should any COVID-19 infection(s) occur due to attendance at your event.

Due to frequent changes to guidelines, please wait to sign this release until we send it (most likely the week prior to your event) to you to ensure that we have the most current information.
